Everything is an add-on for NVDA that allows you to rearrange the columns of the search result list in the Everything software, as well as enable or disable the announcement of column names.
To install it, you can go through the NVDA Add-on Store or use the link to download the file at the bottom of the article.

How to Use

Once the extension is installed, when you go to the search result list in the Everything software, the column order is as follows:
Name, Date, Size, Path.
To modify this order, you can use the shortcut Control+Shift+O to open a settings panel where you can choose the display order of the columns. In this panel, you can also choose to disable or enable the announcement of column names.
Once you have finished setting your preferences, you can tab to the Ok button and press Enter.
Note that you can also access the settings panel by going to the NVDA menu using the NVDA+N shortcut, then Preferences, then Settings, and finally Everything.
